Had an order for Xmas cupcakes from a repeated customer, and made some extra ones for a fren of mine whom I'll be meeting up tomorrow..

Hi, I'm interested in ordering your xmas cupcakes, but would like to know if the cream on top is buttercream or fresh whipped cream like those on cakes sold in bakeries?
hi, my cakes are made of fresh cream.
i prefer fresh cream to buttercream as buttercream can be quite oily while fresh cream taste lighter :)
